At Beaulieu Boat Charters our number one aim is to make sure you have an incredible and memorable day on the French Riviera. We know the area well and what combines to make it the best day ever. As such, we have provided a list of suggestions for your group to choose from.

RESTAURANTS:

A day on the French Riviera just isn’t complete without lunch at one of the prestigious beach clubs along the coast. Here is a selection of our favourites for you to choose from. We are happy to make the booking for your group and arrange for a tender to drop you at the restaurant. If you can’t decide, just let us know what you like and we’ll suggest the best.

Mirrazur, Menton: Two Michelin Star fine dining, looking across to the idyllic Menton old town. This is the option for those serious about their gastronomy.

Solenzara, Roquebrune Cap Martin: A lovely and elegant restaurant and beach club with a huge open terrace overlooking the bay. Solenzara serves simple but delicious Mediterranean fare at reasonable prices. It is an idyllic place to relax as well as offering great cocktails.

Plage Mala, Cap D’Ail: A good fun relaxed vibe in a breathtaking location. Known less for its food and more for its exclusive secluded setting.

Anjuna, Eze Bord de Mer: An institution on the French Riviera which guarantees you a fun day out. A light and easy vibe where you can dine in your beachwear. The pick of the group if you want an easy going party atmosphere.

Paloma, St Jean Cap Ferrat: Incredibly situated tucked around Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Paloma offers amazing seafood in a relaxed environment overlooking the beach club. Go here for their truly incredible lobster spaghetti.

Passable Beach, St Jean Cap Ferrat: A great in between option which offers a varied menu, a good vibe and all at slightly more reasonable prices. The view here is one of the best, overlooking Villefranche-sur-Mer.

Eden-Roc Restaurant, Cap D’Antibes: An outstanding dining experience with unbeatable views from the terrace. A tad more formal than some of the other options, Eden-Roc is all about exclusive Riviera dining.

La Guérite, Ile Sainte Marguerite: Another institution accessible only by boat, La Guérite looks back over Cannes and Bay Des Ange and always guarantees a lovely meal in a great location with a great vibe.

catering:

If you would prefer to have lunch on the boat you are free to bring your own food. L’Esquinade is equipped with all cutlery, crockery and glassware. She also has a sink, an area to prepare food, a fridge and a microwave and oven.

Alternatively we can provide a selection of cold cuts, pâtés, cheeses, dried fruits, bread and green salad at 35 euros per person.

Note: Please note that if you want to dine on the boat, we do require two days notice before your day charter. We can also cater to special dietary needs, just be sure to let us know upon booking. Our food options are also subject to change depending on availability.

DRINKS:

We provide complimentary water and French Rosé for your charter, but we recognise people will want a wider selection. You are free to bring your own alcohol and other drinks, or alternatively, we can arrange to have what you want brought on board for your day. Please just let us know when you are making your booking.

what to bring:

We provide towels, water, Rosé and all kitchen and dining utensils. We suggest that you bring with you for your day the following things: hats, sunscreen, sunglasses, wallet, camera, and any additional food or beverages that you want.

LOCATIONS:

The French Riviera is a vast coast with amazing sites and destinations scattered along it. We have made a list of the key areas for your group to visit. Just let us know which are top of your list, or alternatively, we can put an itinerary together for you. Please note that on this boat we can operate between Menton and Cannes.

OTHER DETAILS:

Transport: If you are thinking about how to get to the Port of Beaulieu sur Mer, we can put you in touch with one of our driver partners who will arrange your transport to and from the port. Alternatively, Taxis and Uber are popular on the French Riviera, but please note that Uber drivers are not allowed to pick up in Monaco.

Dinner Reservations: At the end of a beautiful day on the water, many guests aren’t ready to go home and don’t want to think about dinner. If this is you, we can arrange a dinner booking at one of the restaurants in the Port of Beaulieu sur Mer. There are two that we suggest: African Queen which is a famous institution in the area, and La Maison de Beaulieu, which offers excellent food. Just let us know upon booking.
